3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to product availability and successful payment authorization.

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on our website are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order but does not guarantee acceptance or shipment.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

4. Processing, Shipping and Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery within Canada is 10–20 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, seasonal demand, customs processing, carrier disruptions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

5. Returns and Refunds

Eligible items may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the return requirements before sending an item back. Returns sent without first receiving instructions from our customer support team may not be accepted or processed correctly.

Refunds are issued only after an eligible return has been received, inspected and approved.

Clarkson Canada cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs caused by:

  • A parcel being lost or stolen after tracking confirms successful delivery

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Clarkson Canada will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses resulting from the use of our website, our products or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
